There's a new face here at BRITs.co.uk, as we reveal the new face of the BRITs backstage, Phil Clifton. A former presenter on XFM, Phil made his name presenting the Early Breakfast Show in 2009 and was nominated for a Sony Rising Award and being quickly promoted to the Weekend Breakfast show.
